The Madagascar Vanilla Crème Fraîche won the Best in Class (1st) award in the “Open Class: Soft Cheeses, Flavored” category. His Cremont won third place in the category “Surface-ripened mixed milk cheese” and fresh goat cheese with clover honey won third place in the category “Soft goat’s milk cheeses, flavored with condiments sweet”.

The World Championship Cheese Contest® is the world’s premier technical cheese, butter and yogurt competition, with 2022 marking its 34th year after its beginnings in 1957 and taking place every two years. Recognized as one of the most respected and honored technical cheese and butter competitions and hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association, a team of skilled technical judges evaluate entries from around the world based on flavor, body, texture , salt, color, finish. , packaging and other appropriate attributes.
